Crown and Bridge Here is a quick run down of the type cases we can provide at the lab. If your patient has a dark  underlying tooth and wants metal free crowns then we can make a zirconia. If the underlying tooth is only sightly darker then a more translucent e.max could be better. If the underlying tooth is the same shade as the desired final colour then perhaps an i-esthetic would be best. If the bite is particularly close or the underlying tooth has a post and core, then perhaps a PFM would be best What ever type of crown we make we always prefer to do a 'Smile Design' for multiple units. We are always willing to have a chat about the best type of crown, so please don't hesitate to give us a call.
