Do you feel like this is this just a jumble of names?
Would you like a clear description that is easy to remember of what to use when, where and why?
Title: Restorations—what, when, where, why, and how
Learning outcomes
By the end of the evening you will:
1. Understand how to classify restorations in to generic groups
2. Understand the various indications and contraindications for each group
3. Be able to break these generic groups down in to individual brands
4. Understand which brands and/or types are most suited to which situation
5. Be able to confidently and reliably prescribe the right restoration for the right patient in the right clinical situation
Leave the evening with a simple summary flow chart showing which to use and when. This can then be used as an aide memoire back at the surgery.
An opportunity to meet face to face, have a drink and a chat whilst learning at the same time. The evening will be in the form of a presentation, followed by a ‘tangibility’ discussion session—this will be an opportunity to see each of the restorations produced at SBO together, on one case for side by side comparison. This will consolidate your learning making application in the surgery much easier.Valid for 2 hours of CPD—Wine and light refreshments provided
