Fixed Prosthetic Failure and Accident Warranty

Claim £350 for your clinical time if failures occur.

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a failure and accident warranty on fixed restorations, this warranty covers you for 3 years post fitting. You are entitled under the warranty to claim £350 for your clinical time spent conducting remedial treatment toreturn the patient’s restoration to pre-accident/faulty condition. There is no administration fee and no excess to pay on claims made.

The charge for this service is £10 per unit and will be shown as a separate line on your invoice for that case. To get started simply give Mark a call, we can then send you stickers to attach to the work ticket and send you a full terms and conditions pack.. From then on if you would like to take out the warranty for a case simply attach the sticker to the prescription docket and we’ll do the rest!

Some dentists are using this service for all their patients, while some are using it as a way to differentiate between   different levels of service within their own practice. i.e. Private and ‘Independent’... the choice is yours.

We are  not expecting our restorations to fail, but in the event that they do (or if the patients has an accident) you can now at least get some recompense for your time. All users of the warranty are also entitled to use the logo (above) on their stationary and marketing literature.
