Zirconia (Zirconium Oxide) is the newest addition to the family of dental ceramics, it has been used extensively in medicine for hip replacements and in jewelry for mimicking of diamonds, in its medical capacity it  has shown itself to be highly reliable in high stress situations.

Ou zirconia crowns use Vita YZ blocks, we have found these to always be of the highest quality. Our zirconia resotrations are conventionally cemented, but avoid polycarbxylate due to its excessive expansion.

Many other zirconia systems rely on impersonal, factory style production techniques....NOT ours!

We use the latest CADCAM technology to mill our own frameworks whilst controlling our own quality, all in a shorter time frame.

If you have tried a Zirconia crown from another laboratory ask them these questions-

1. Do you use full CADCAM technology to get the best fit?
2. Do you design your own frameworks for the best ceramic support?
3. Do you mill your own frameworks for the best quality control?

If the answer to any of the above is NO then you need to try us.

• Anterior and posterior bridges—maximum span 40mm (connector sizes vary with span)
• Posterior crowns

Preparation technique:

• Shoulder preparation with clearly defined margins, avoid ditching margins

Fit techniques:

• Conventional cementing
• Glass Ionomer
